This was a heating repair work I have done in Cannons park near Stanmore where there was no hotwater . The tenant believed that the boiler is not working. Further investigation confirms that this boiler was fine but the hotwater valve was not opening. A new Honeywell hotwater 2 port valve was fitted and the water heating problem was resolved.
