Arlington Leon Eastmond Jr. is the owner and CEO of EASCO Boiler Corp. in the Bronx. EASCO is the is only minority owned boiler company in the U.S. His father, Eastmond Sr. started the company with "a truck and a torch." He was a blacksmith who moved from Barbados to Harlem in the 1920s. He worked with iron and shod horses. Now the company manufactures commercial steel boilers for the likes of the new Yankee Stadium and Underwriters Laboratories.
