After just 5 years, our boiler has sprung a leak. Central boiler is saying that it is our fault... claims we burned garbage (without actually inspecting our unit, just via this video).) We burn nothing but paper birch take a look at the flawed door and door frame..
UPDATE AUG 30, 2012: just one month after new door frame and partial door ($1700 for just the welding, and thanks to our dealer, a free door frame) the frame seems to be building up creosote again quickly.. in the same areas our last frame failed. not looking good. we are using ashtrol daily.. burning just paper birch. this is obviously some sort of design flaw.
